I’m not sure what people are complaining about. I’ve had great experiences there with the staff and Dr. Patenaude. She takes her time with each patient and is thorough and I am understanding to the fact she may not be always on time as I know the care she puts forth and doesn’t rush through patients. So if I have to wait to see her after having a specific appointment time that’s the price I pay knowing she has my back and those of her patients. If you are lucky enough to get her as a doctor then there will be times she can’t see you “on time.

I can’t say enough about the skin rhum clinic. First of all it’s the most beautiful and clean clinic in the city. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Patenaude has years of training and knowledge and continually educates herself on the newest technology. Carris makes you feel extremely comfortable and also has many years of experience in many areas including laser. Dr. Patenaude is extremely timely. I think that is what everyone is looking for an a great doctor?! Having seen many doctors in the past ten years skinrhum is definitely at the top of the list.

Got my first chemical peel and it was such a nice treat for my face! It feels so smooth and my face looked great right after…no redness nor any weird ugly spots…not how I envisioned a “chemical” peel to be like. No pain, and they used all high-end Zein Obagi products.

I have always been pleased with my service with Dr Patenaude. I have found her to always be within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and she really does explain things well. I wanted a filler at one point and she even talked me out of it, insisting that I didn’t need it yet. I’m glad she did, because she was right. I find her and Carris very skillful and professional, the clinic is spotless and I have no problem recommending her to my friends and family.

The new clinic is BEAUTIFUL…It’s literally on the other side of the city from me but it’s so worth the drive! She is very knowledgeable about skin care and the skin care issue that I am dealing with. She took the time to listen to my concerns. The products are amazing and give results.
